PC failing to boot

I came home today to a PC that wouldn't boot. Worked perfectly fine last night, no changes. When i power it on, it turns on and off and then on again where it stays on with a black screen. The red LED thingy says 00, no idea what's going on. Would love if anyone knew what's wrong.

Specs:
I7 6800K
Corsair H115i
EVGA GTX 1080 FTW
16gig corsair vengeance 2666MHz
Seasonic prime 850 Watt

Corrupt BIOS , board or CPU failure , although CPU rare.

Do you have any suggestions on what to do? Do i need to replace CPU/mobo?

They very first thing to try is to reset your CMOS.

Your motherboard make/model? Also have you looked to see what the post code means yet?
