Question PC Failure and Black screening problems

I have been having pc crashes where my screen goes black when i start doing GPU intensive tasks. i have an 8 core 16 thread cpu that is like 1 month old so i doubt that the problem. after a crash i have a notification that say radeon wattman settings have been reset and i have ones that say application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware can someone tell me what is wrong?
