will this be enough able to run 3 corsair hd120 fans https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GZPEQW6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A28RI4FXFS5SV8&psc=1 also can i use the cpu header on that to just plug in another regular fan

Do not do that.

That 4-output Splitter can handle the fans - 3 or 4. BUT the motherboard fan header you plug it into has a limit of not over 1.0 Amps total current to all fans connected to it. Those fans typically draw 0.3 amps each, so it might be OK to use 3 of those fans, but definitely not 4.
