PC Fan Location

Hello, I have ordered two PC fans for my PC build. One has better airflow than the other. Should I put the better one on the front or the back of the case? I will ONLY be using these two fans, apart from the CPU Cooler fan of course. Will it matter where it goes? This is actually for my brothers PC, it will have similar specs to mine below.

Its down to preference really if you have filter on the case I'd put it on the front to reduce dust build up

The front fan should be an intake and the back fan should be an exhaust.
It would be better to have the more powerful fan at the front if possible since this will create some positive pressure and keep some dust out (providing you have a filter on the front fan of course).
If the front vents are too restrictive and the fan is very loud, you may have to mount it at the back as the exhaust fan instead.
