Now, just a couple minutes ago I started my PC up. I heard the fan (the one on my CPU chip aka the ryzen chip) made these crazy noises which buzzed and made vibrating noise. My PC is only 8 months old and this happened. It has collected a fair amount of dust. My GPU doesn't have a fan and my cabinet fan wasn't going crazy either. I don't exactly know what must have happened but I feel that the dust has collected on to the fan. I instantly restarted it and once it came to the logging in screen in the switch user part it randomly settled down. Now its operating normally. I also saw MSI afterburner but no help obviously. It literally is making no noise whatsoever.
