PC Fan, Noise, PC Components, Fan Performance

Hey everyone, my question is if these 2 components are good and if these components work well with each other? I also want to ask if anyone knows how these components would work if added together?

Components:
1) Nactua NF-A14 IP67
2) SilverStone Technology Combination of Fan Filter & Anti-Vibration 140mm Fan

PC Case is a NZXT H440

What do you mean added together? If you mean in the same case there would be zero conflicts.

What I mean is it is advertised as a anti vibration fan filter that can lower noise by about 4...So I was wondering if it would help further lower noise on the fans I have when adding them on?

I mean... If it's attaching to the case via the rubber screws you should be fine.
