Question PC FAN QUESTION

Question regarding the intake and exhaust fans, how do they work and is this setup good or should I change something?
I'm relatively new to this stuff so I don't really know how positive and negative intake works.
I've done some research but I still don't get how it works. Thanks for the help!

Top and Side have mesh
The Case is Segotep Endura Pro +
Fans are Segotep GE-12 Ring-type

If its relevant
CPU is R5 5600g
PSU is CX650
GPU is Sapphire Pulse RX 6600 (non xt)

regarding the intake and exhaust fans, how do they work

intake fans will be pulling in cooler outside air to help dissipate heat within the system.

exhaust fans should be removing the heated air from within the system.

is this setup good or should I change something?

i would remove at least the top-front exhaust fan, maybe also the top-middle exhaust fan.
these would be removing a lot of the cool outside air before it actually has a chance to affect the components and effectively do it's job.

i would also be looking into getting a better CPU cooler.
the stock manufacturer provided coolers and these types of blower setups are usually just intended to be used with basic web browsing or media center systems, not for gaming or other CPU intensive uses.
