PC fans always at 100%

My motherboard is the gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 I'm using a cooler master hyper 212 evo to cool my amd fx 6300 my graphics card is the msi Radeon r9 270

The problem I'm having is my fans in PC seem to all be running at 100% which obviously creates quite a noise I tried setting the fan speed on the application called speed fan but that didn't work

They have only started going 100% recently and I have no idea why I just upgraded from a corsair CX430M power supply to a CX600

buy a compressed air from your local the source or computer store and get rid of all the dust.

also look for an application on your computer called ET5 or ET6 its the gygabyte's mobos application for overclocking. When open go to the SMART tab and u can change fan settings there.

After looking cLoser it seems it's the power supply that is making the noise for some reason it's constantly running at 100% any reasons for this?

- this is what my build is using atm have had this computer 5 months and no issues yet. I almost bought that same psu that you have but deiced not to after seeing the reviews on it. Try to get a better rated psu if you get the same one chances are issues will crop up again eventually.
