Hello, so I️ have a pre built pc from Best Buy which is a cyberpowerpc gua1000bst and I️ recently got a gtx 1060 6GB, a cpu which as a amd fx8320 and a 600 watt power supply. I️ have been trying to stream on twitch or just play in general and the fans I️ think are so loud. Is there any way I️ can buy something to make it less loud? Here is a link to the prebuilt.
If there is any way you can help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Solution
Figure out which fans are loud, your case fans, CPU cooler fan, or GPU fan.

Case Fans: you should be able to edit fan curves in your BIOS/UEFI, it isn't a bad idea to just buy new case fans as prebuilt machines generally use low quality fans, new fans will perform better and be quieter.

CPU cooler fan: buy a new cooler, such as a Cryorig h7 or hyper 212 evo.

GPU fan: you can control fan speeds using software such as MSI Afterburner.

with any of these solutions make sure you monitor your temperatures, you don't want to cook anything.
