z170 asus deluxe
gtx 970 msi 100million edition
Noctis Nzxt 450
while playing CSGO the fans get too loud
There is no dust and i think i have the drivers for everything

Solution
And where is the hub connected on the motherboard? If you have the hub connected to the CPU or CPU OPT header, then the fans are going to be intensely responsive, beyond what's necessary for a case fan which has a much lower RPM requirement and profile arrangement.

Are you connected to a sys or cha fan header with your hub or one of the two CPU fan headers? If you ARE connected to one of the correct headers, have you configured the fan profile in the bios? It's probably best to just connect your fans to the motherboard anyhow if the pin and control type of the fan is supported on those motherboard headers.
Have you gone into the bios and set the fan profiles? There is usually silent, standard and performance profiles, or in some cases, you can set up an entirely custom profile. If you have three pin fans on four pin headers, they may only be capable of running at full speed and you may need an aftermarket hub or controller like the Grid+ v2. If it's the radiator fans, then you probably have something configured wrong with where the fans or pump are connected.

The radiator fans are GOING to be loud anytime the CPU is under a high load, but I'd start by making sure WHICH fans are actually making the most noise. Radiator fans, case fans or PSU fan.

If the radiator fans are to blame, you probably need to install the NZXT software and configure the fan profiles in there as well.

The fans that came with the case are connected to the hub that comes with the case. The kraken's fans are connected to its self like it it supposed to.The included fans make the most noise.

Solution

I found the solution. I removed all the cables that were connected to the hub and just plugged directly to the mobo
