[SOLVED] PC fans spinning, but not booting.

Hi,

My PC shut down normally but the next day failed to power up. But, the PSU & processor fan are running fine. However, no other LEDs, no signal seem to be working fine. What could be the possible reason?

My specs :
CPU : i5 4460 3.2 GHz
GPU : Galax GTX 1070 Mini 8GB DDR4
PSU: Segotep SG-500A 500W
RAM : 8GB RAM DDR3
Motherboard : MSI H81M-E33

Have you cleared the CMOS?
Can you get into the BIOS?
Have you tried removing the video card and boot using the onboard graphics?

1. Yes, I cleared the CMOS.
2. Nothing shows up, so I can’t get into BIOS.
3. Yes. Still the same.
