Pc fans turn on, but the PC is not booting up.

I finally finished building my new PC, unfortunally when I turn it on, fans turn on, I see green light on my graphic card, and also I don't ear a "Beep" sound. I also have the little "Speaker" thing that doesn't seems to work on the Motherboard, I pluged it the SPEAKER and on each side, and nothing So, Fans boot up, and my mouse and keyboard doesn't light up, and on my monitor: Signal not found. I tryied DVI and VGA, both doesn't work. I also tryied to use RAM from another PC, nothing, tryied both slots on A and B ones, nothing. I tryied many other things. Now i'm out of idea Can someone help me ?

If you start the board with only CPU and CPU fan installed, that little speaker thing connected, is the CPU fan spinning and are you getting any beeps?

If the CPU fan does spin, then the CPU gets power. But, if no beeps, then board or CPU or both do not work. Are they new? Can you RMA them?

Both are new, and the cpu fan is spinning, but I will return my Motherboard.

Same thing happens with this board, I've changed to this motherboard Please help And there is no Beep

Just to make sure that the board does support the CPU: what are the last 4 digits on a sticker like

If starting the board outside the case, only CPU and CPU fan installed, both 24 and 8 pin power cables connected. is the CPU fan spinning and are you getting any beeps?

Is it compatible or it's just a defective CPU ?

It is compatible (1006 or later version needed), but since no beeps with 2 different motherboards, it seems that the CPU is defective.

Can it be something else like PSU or graphic card ? or it's 100% that it's the cpu?

If the case speaker is properly connected and not defective, the CPU fan spins and no beeps when only CPU and CPU fan are installed (no memory), then I think that it's a CPU issue.

I've changed the CPU, and it doesn't seems to work again I have noticed that my DVD drive can now open the tray without closing it instanly.

Update: NEVERMIND! It's my fault I pluged something wrong. It works!
