PC Fans turn on for less then a second and computer won't power on

Hi I've had this computer for around a year now and all of a sudden it won't turn on, I push the power button and the front LED, Front Panel Fan, and CPU fan turn on for less then a second then shut off. Nothing else seems to power on besides those three things and the LED stays on for some reason

SPECS: GTX 960 2GB
Intel i7 4790k
HyperX Fury 17GB DDR3
Gigabyte Motherboard
EVGA EX 750B

I would trouble shot. This has happens to me many times building PC and I would recommend making sure your RAM - Memory is in the slot they do require a little push. make sure your case fans and all your wire are plunged in.
