[SOLVED] PC fast boot then slow next time???

Hello all,
I have a new PC. I7 9700K OC 5.0Ghz, 32Gb DDR4, GTX1080Ti, m2 NVMe drive for the OS, several other SSD's for games, 1440p monitor.
When I boot it takes around 5- 7secs to get to desktop. No problem. However the next time I boot it can take up to a minute. There is no pattern sometimes it will boot fast several times and then on the 3 -4th time it will boot slow. I have checked my NVMe drive is first in the boot order in the BIOS and everything else seems fine. All my drivers are up to date.
Any ideas that could be causing this?

open msconfig, click on boot tab and check OS boot information

during windows loading u would see now which files are loaded

Hi,
Just tried but nothing out of the ordinary. It loads the same files (why wouldn't it). Still fast one minute and slow the next?????

but does it get stuck on some file?
or where does it waits, during windows logo or after it?
