[SOLVED] PC feels slow for specs

Have a decent system but gaming performance seems quite low for what it is.
Something low maintenance like CSGO only gets up to 170 average frames at 1080p with some settings lowered.

I have a feeling it may be my RAM is slow?
I found elsewhere that its recommended i need 32GB for this CPU but I find that hard to believe.

Any help will be appreciated.

You have 2 sticks, but it's running in single channel?
They are in the 2nd and 4th, or 1st and 3rd slots, right?

omg i totally did not notice it was only running at single channel....

fixed the slots and now im getting 2x the performance now. whew.....
