When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

A picture to the extent of damage of the system after the fall would also help. Have you checked and rechecked all connections from the PSU to all your components?

yes I checked all connections everything is working besides the 2080 super. I did manage to get into american megatrends screen for around 5 seconds till it started glitching then turning off.
