I am not sure what is causing this, but it happens with streaming and not streaming. When I play games, all the displays flash black. It happened in games like Ryse, son of Rome, mafia 1,2 and 3. Gang beats, I think it happened with Dead by daylight. It happened with my old pc as well. I got a new pc. All that changed was moving my primary monitor to a new gaming pc. It stopped with streaming pc. It does not make sense. It did it with the old pc, but this new pc is brand new. Could it be the monitor causing thing? I have tried to run a fix, updated GPU drivers. When it flashes screen black, some of the windows stay black, and all you need to do is close the app and relaunch it.
