Question Pc flashes on for a second then turns off

Hello, I got a omen 30L prebuild and it turns on for a second then turns off. Basically i see the fans and gpu flash on for a second then turn off.

Things i have tried:
Cmos battery take out then put in
Take out gpu and boot
Switch ram and boot.
Hardware:
No idea mobo
Cpu 10400
Ram something tforce

Can you see anything on the screen before it shuts down?
Since its a prebuild, is it on warranty?

No its not even on for a second. I just see the power rush through it. Its on warranty yeah but id rather just try and fix it over the weekend if i can know what i mean.
