Hi, i'm looking at buying a prebuilt PC from https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk so I can get my hands on a 3060 / 3060 ti.

my budget is anything between 1000-1300 , I'd like to save some money If possible.

I want to play games at 1080p and record at the same time (120fps/240fps)

using their "configure a PC" system, linked below, I managed to get a i5 10600k, 3060ti (ASUS TUF GAMING) 2x8 3000mhz, 500TB samsung SSD, 1tb seagate, corsair 650TXM psu ,b560m ds3h motherboard and lian li lacool 215 for £1300.

Is the motherboard good enough? Do I really need to upgrade it? Also, the intel build is cheaper than a 5600x so I'd rather try out a 10600k/11600k

That board isn't going to handle that cpu due to poor VRM's. Change your board to the Gigabyte B560 Aorus Pro AX and change your cpu to the i5 11400. For the cpu cooler get the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition.
