pc for a friend

hello i am Ilan and im helping someone create a pc but i dont know if this pc will work, he wants to play ark, fortnite and csgo. i also don't know if it will do without extra cpu fan. here's the link.
the limit lies around 900 euro's it can be lower but not higher.

drop the hard drive and ssd. go with a 256/512 ssd/ like the kingston unit. for ram use a two stick kit not one ram stick.
