Question PC for dota 2

I want to build a low cost PC just to play dota 2. I'm really new at this but after a week of research I found the parts I think need it. I want your advise please:

RX 570
I3 9100F
Ps: Corsair CX550
MB: Asrock B365 PRO4
Case: Cooler Master CM 590III
Ram: 8gb hyperx fury DDR4
HD: seagate 1tb 64mb 7200rpm

Will this be enough?
I just want to play decent, don't need 4k or a PC that last a decade (maybe 3 y?).

That seems good tho some would suggest getting an SSD for faster loading times and such and make your OS run smoother
