pc for exocad 3d Dental CAD/CAM

Hello,
I need a new pc for exocad 3d Dental CAD/CAM.
So i was hoping to find people who know about this stuff.
Now i will be more specific, i need high end pc, that would run the program fast and smooth.
I found some recommendations on http://wiki.exocad.com/wiki/index.php?title=Hardware_Requirements, but they seem a bit low and i would like to know if its worth going better tech, what do i need more: processor or graphics card? Maybe someone can post preliminary list?

Unless you can't wait. This might be a perfect time to wait until the GFX1070 graphics card is available. An i7 Skylake with 16GB DDR4 should do nicely.
