I studying games development and I want to build a PC
I choose these parts:

Which GPU is better for games development Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon VII?

How many cores do I need 16, 24 or 32?
 
"Games development" is kind of a wide ranging field that could involve any number of things, from creating art assets, to mapping levels, to writing code, so it's not easy to say whether you need any certain hardware for it. If you were planning to test games that you are developing on the system, then it might actually be better to use more "normal" hardware so that you have a better idea of how optimized the game's performance will be for others, rather than overpowered hardware that very few people will own.
