PC for Gaming

Could someone reccomend me a PC for Gaming. Im from Argentina so the prices are super high, so I need something with a balance of price and quality ( I want to play games like Fifa 18, Space Engineers, Fortnite, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Far Cry 5, Sims 4, and in my dreams Star Citizen ) I dont understand about pc building, so i would love if u put all the components, not only the principals.

Gtx 1060 6gb or rx 580 (whatever is cheaper)
8gb ddr4 Ram above 2400mhz
Any 80+ bronze 550w power supply
