I have i7 4790, gtx 1060 3gb and 16 gb ram ddr3 and I was thinking about selling those components because I don't really play so intensive games that I need such power and thought about switching to apu like 200ge, ryzen 3 2200g or ryzen 5 3400g. Do you think that would be a good idea and also which apu would be the best?

Solution
In my opinion, it would make more sense to sell your GPU and buy an older/cheaper GPU to replace it if getting money is all you are after.
Depends on the games.

If you play any moderately modern game then it's likely game engines and development along those lines will make the current specs less effective anyway, which is effectively a downgrade. Personally can't see the point of a purposeful downgrade myself unless there are very specific reasons and circumstances in which to do so.
