how would this do?

Any ideas on how well it would run the newest games? EX: Skyrim, Saints Row 3, ECT, ECT

Terrible. 450W is nothing.
The FX4100 is a bad CPU. AN i3 is better.
Build it. It's cheaper/better performing.

Well thanks for the advice but i asked how it would do with gaming.
And im also on a budget which i should have stated in the main post

Well, it will be OK, but you can build a better system that will get 25%-50% better FPS for the same price/cheaper. If you don't want to go that route, get a Phenom/i3 barebones. What's your budget anyway?

My budget is at most 500 dollars and 200 of that is taken out due to the gtx 560non ti.
And if you have any other barebone kits that are better that the one I have posted please now show me.
