Pc for Gtx 650

Hi everyone, first of all its really sad after asking so many questions and making sure about buying , Gtx 650 for my PC and 450 W power supply, but it didn't work, also changed casing but waste of money, Suggest me good and cheap motherboard that fits Gtx 650 gigabyte, and let me know what other things will it require for me to play games, LCD resolution and Ram and etc.
