I want a new pc that can handle league of legends on high settings and spotify and skype at the same time. I have a low budget and i would be happy if someone could create a build i would be happy (i have monitor, keyboard and mouse already) my budget is around 500$

This will max out Legue of Legends on a 1920x1080 with even AA on highest. It comes down to 547, but it does allow you to expand on it later. Maybe a low I5, 8 GB more RAM, or a next gen video card down the line. Cheers and good luck.
