PC for net surfing and youtube

I am looking for a PC for senior citizen. Will G4560 with its integrated graphics will do the job or I should go with i3-8100?

for them you don't need anything fancy. Instead of making bulky PC,

should be quite enough for YOUTUBE and net. Just make sure its 4GB or 8 GB ram version for good performance.

Any modern (6,7,8 -gen) intel CPU or ryzen will do the trick. I would go with 8 as price should be similar and almost double performance.
