I am building a new Pc for my official use.
my range for this pc is Rs 50000.
It includes a monitor 1920 X 1080.
and also tell me if a graphic card is necessary, and if yes the suggest me one.

You don't intend to play games, edit videos or photos in a professional level then you don't need a graphics card. The build-in GPU from the motherboard would be more than enough.
Not sure what your budget is... (RS 50000) What country are you in?

Dude I am from India if that amount would be in dollar that comes out to be about $800.
so please tell me the parts.

I would definitely go for an SSD for the OS drive in the build. They should be standard in PCs now days. Mechanical drives just feel painfully slow for me anyway. Drop the i5 for an i3 and put the money into an SSD. i3 is more than enough for office use.

So this is what I threw together. Nothing is an over-kill. Everything can be tweaked to what you see fit. It would be a solid office/work machine, especially with SSD and 8 of RAM. The motherboard supports i3/i5/i7... so if you ever wanted a little more speed/power from it, you could upgrade easily... and upgrade with more RAM, too. The CPU/Motherboard has integrated graphics, so if you never plan on playing games with it, you should be just fine lol.
