Hello guys

Lately i've been spending a lot of free time for gaming and i was wondering why not to stream that in twitch, as an hobby.

My current pc is
CPU: i5-4670K (LGA1150)
GPU: RX580 4GB
RAM: 8gb (DDR3)
SSD: 125gb
HDD: 1T
PSU: Corsair 550W

Net speed 50down/10up

Obviously i know that this PC isn't enough for streaming good video quality to twitch, i've tried it and it was awful to be honest. So, i need your honest opinion, is there any point of pushing up that pc with more powerful hardware or shall i just sell it and start from the bottom with brand new hardware. Absolutely any of the recommendations are very welcome.
ohh and of course the price limit is ~1000€

Solution
No, sadly it's the limitatoins of your system. Eve sticking an I7 6700 would not help that much.

You really need a 6c/12t CPU as min for decent gaming/streaming.

something like this would be good:

Although it's 80 over budget, you really need a strong GPU in there, that's why I went for the 2060 Super. Anything less and your output video and in game FPS could be butchered.
