Pc for streaming

Hey guys i just wanna ask. Is g4560 and rx470 good for streaming? I already have rx470 and a low end amd cpu and i know theres bottleneck. Since im going to upgrade my cpu and was planning to do streaming, my friend told me abt the g4560 but i wanted to make sure that i can do streaming with decent quality for some games. Not really in a tight budget but was thinking of getting a not-so expensive cpu but can provide good quality stream.

Being that you aren't in a tight budget, I must tell you that that would definitely not make a good streaming computer. A good streaming computer NEEDS at least 4 cores for an enjoyable experience for both the streamer and the viewer, along with a good GPU.

What are the recommended cpus and gpus for streaming? Can i use my rx470?

For streaming, I would at least go with something like an i5 6400, but the sweet spot would be a 6600k, or if you really needed it, a 6700k. You can use your RX470, but I would use at least a 480 or GTX 980 for it to be very smooth.

Well theres no specific budget. Just wanted to get decent cpu that can do streaming with good quality.

Hmm im from phil so its a different currency. But if i converted it to $. The prices of i5s here ranges from $205-310 so for the budget, i can get the $200

OMG~! poor guy went for i5 best answer, while amd R5 is much better choice. I5's choke at 100% without streaming, while R5 have big headroom for streaming.

A Ryzen 5 CPU would indeed be a better choice, but @urejtak is vastly wrong in stating that an i5 chokes while streaming, it holds up perfectly fine for streaming, the Ryzen is just better.

I would not recommend anyone to buy an FX chip today. They are simply not worth buying, being they are 5 years old AND AMD has released ryzen.

You're looking at about 18000 for the whole setup with Ryzen.
If you can go for a G4560 (Dual core hyperthreaded) you can do much better on funds.

Yes, you can use the G4560.
As I said though, if you don't have the budget for the 1400 put it out of your mind.

Streaming requires a lot of computing power. U can stream from cpu, gpu or special pcie card. CPu streaming is best quality but u need at least R5 1600 for all games stream or 1400 for streaming esport games like lol or cs. GPU streaming is best for budget ppl like you. Quality is not 100% but most ppl stream like this.

Best cpu for you is R5 1400 and oc it (it will not hold your 470, but it cost twice as much as pentium g. If u have tight budget and can not afford 1400, then go for pentium g.

Incorrect, you can stream well off a quad core no problem at 30fps 1080p.
Anything higher is a bonus, for Esports titles though the G4560 is plenty.
