Pc for youtuber reactor n livestream

Hi everyone my name is nilly and im a reactor on youtube, i just started my channel 2 months ago amd been growing in the reactor community really fast. I use obs to do my reaction videos n a toshiba laptop, i have a logitech hd webcam, but since my laptop doesnt have alot of ram i have to set it to the lowest quality and experience alot of lag i would love to get a pc that can help me improve my videos when i react or livestream, my budget is under $800, im not gamer n dont need alot of high tech stuff, just recomendations on what pc brand i should buy to help improve my videos amd live streams thank you

Typically building a pc is a good cost effective idea, but you don't have much need for power if you're only recording reactions. Could go with a decent prebuilt systems and buy a better webcam.

Sorry i didnt mean to put -1 im new to this site tryimg to figure how to reply my bad, thanks fornthe info any brand that u might recomend the webcam is hd so it should give good quality its that i have the resolution to the lowest possible so it dont lag but again sorry about the -1,i didnt know it did that

I don't really mind, but OBS isn't necessarily super resource heavy, but I would recommend a decent CPU. You could also look at some videos on how to optimize your computer for OBS. Do you prefer a laptop or desktop? Also what is your current system specs?
