Pc crashes and keeps restarting. If I leave it off over night and start it in the morning it works normally for the entire day but at night times it just restarts over and over cant get to login screen. The screen looks weird sometimes like graphical glitches. I want to believe its my graphics card see pics in link below.

I'm running windows 11
Ryzen 7 3700x
Msi gtx970
Asus a720m
860 evo
16 gig ram
evga power supply 500w. Voltages seems normal and i don't think anything is over heating..

Could it be a dying graphics card?

Very bad PSU with very old topology. Time to replace it for a modern PSU with LLC topology. Take a look at Tier A or B PSUs in

it could be, gtx 970 is a 6 year old card now.

Strange it happens at night, I assume if you leave it off all day it will work fine at night, could be a temperature thing.

thermal paste might have dried up. MY 980 started running really hot just before I replaced it last year, seems TP had dried up.
