PC frame rate issues

I have no idea why I'm suddenly getting super low frames when playing games when I usually have great performance. I recently changed my internet provider so idk if that is effecting my lower frames (it only started to do this after I changed.) My drivers are up to date and no matter what setting i'm on I always have a low frame rate. I'm also on a wireless connection to the internet.

Windows 10

Intel Core i5-4460 3.20Ghz

ASUS GTX 960 Strix 4Gb

8 Gb RAM

Seagate HDD 1 Tb

Corsair CX 500 power supply

ACER 1920x1080 Monitor

Well run some off-line game to find out,even better disconnect the wifi and then try out.

FIXED. I found a forum where he had the same expect usage. Thank you for the suggestion though.
