PC Framerate is Bad

Western Digital 1tb harddrive
EVGA 700 watt psu
Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB
AMD Athlon X4 880K
And Gtx 960 Msi 4gb

THIS PC BUILD IS NEW I JUST MADE IT. I GET 50 FRAMES ON OVERWATCH AT ONE LOWER THAN ULTRA. I'M WONDERING WHY THIS IS PLEASE HELP. I HEARD IT SUPPOSED TO RUN AT HIGHEST SETTINGS(EPIC) AT 90 FRAMES MIN, BUT THIS IS WAY BELOW THAT PLZ HELP WITH MY HORRIBLE FPS ON THIS NEW PC

Because you had the 880K, read the review ( they used the 860K) http://www.techspot.com/review/1180-overwatch-benchmarks/page5.html Also what cpu cooler do you have? maybe the overheat causes the problem. Check the cpu/gpu temp with software like MSI afterburner or HWiNFO64 https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php when you play the game.

I have cpu stock cooler and runing at 55 celcius

Download OCCT and stress test the processor while monitoring the temps. Then run Furmark for the video card and monitor the temps.
Now run them at the same time monitoring the temps.
If their no temp issues then run this benchmark and see how what you got compairs to the same parts in other PC's.
