Pc freez and random colors on screen

It begon around 2 months ago,
First once in 2 weeks
and than more often now its freezing 3 times aday
always 1 black screen and second screen is an random color.

Specs:
i7 860 @2.20 Ghz
4 X 2 Gb ram 2 X Corsair XMS3 TW3X4G1333C9 2 X Corsair ValueSelect
Gtx 750Ti
Asus P7P55 LX
1 X 512 gb ssd samsung
2x 500 GB Hdd raid
550 Watt

Hmm seems like a bit of troubleshooting is required first, remove all the RAM sticks, clean the gold plated connectors of each one using some spirit and cotton, make sure that the spirit does not touch the PCB. After this start by adding 1 RAM stick in a day (this will make sure if you have any faulty RAM), This should resolve your problem, if not then check your HDD or SSD (WHICHEVER IS THE BOOT DRIVE), hopefully there are bad sectors.

It's a really bad quality PSU. Does it freeze at certain times or no?

For now it stopped i have no idee why and how but it didnt freez for the last week.
