Hello Guys i Hope You All Have A Great Day ,,
i'm facing pc freezes for few secs while playing Apex Legends and sometimes while watching youtube but this is rare the most common is when i'm playing
like showing in the video right here : https://streamable.com/bwvsvq
the GPU usage drop to 0 but nothing else drop with it
i want to mention that the freeze happen 1 time after opening the game
after that it doesn't happen again as long i don't restart the game
sometimes voice stutters happen with the freeze like noisy sound and i have to restart voicemeeter to solve the problem
and sometimes it doesn't
i'v searched a lot but sadly couldn't figure out what's the issue
but there's what i'v done so far
i tested the RAM with memtest86 like 4 times or something in different ways like different slots in motherboard and swap them in the same slot i thought maybe a faulty slot
and tried with other ram test programs i got 0 errors
also tried BurnInTest program and stress tested the cpu and gpu and ram and sound and no errors here as well
i uninstalled GPU driver and installed it again i tried an older GPU driver
i installed latest version of windows 10
i updated the bios
i tried xmp 1 and 2 and manual and increased the voltage of the ram to 1.5 instead of 1.35
i played with bios settings like cpu settings enabling and disabling and gpu settings related to power
that also didn't help
My Specs :
CPU : I5 10400 [ NON F ]
Motherboard : PRIME Z490M-PLUS
GPU : GTX 770 4GB
Ram : TEAMGROUP T-Force Vulcan Z 16GB Kit 3200MHz CL16
SSD : Silicon Power 256GB SSD 3D NAND A55
Power Supply : Seasonic FOCUS Plus 750W Gold
Thank You In Advance <3 ..

I'm thinking the A55 is the culprit if its the version with the S11 controller instead of the S10.
i'm not sure how do i find the controller version sir i downloaded silicon power software and didn't find it there
but i found controller version in Hard Disk Sentinel :
Standard SATA AHCI Controller (AHCI) [VEN: 8086, DEV: 06D2] Version: 10.0.19041.488, 6-21-2006
i think that's a 10 so it's not ssd problem ? but what it would be now :(

Thats the AHCI controller on the motherbd.

The easiest way is to open it up and look at the model # on the controller.
Hi Again sir and sorry for being late but i was afraid to open the ssd so i don't break it
the serial on controller chipset is the following :
HG2258 - S 0 1
U01932WE3
just like in this photo right here with the same logo :

different serials but same HG2258 - S 0 1
