PC freeze at startup at windows logo

My pc gets stuck at the windows logo during startup, the circle with the dots just stops moving, I waited for about an hour but nothing happens and I have to turn it off by pressing the power button. When I turn it on again it gets to the automatic repair but it gets stuck there too. On the third or fourth tutning on, it boots regularly.

I found this here, the solution is for Win 7 but it works on Win 10 as well.
