Solution
After install pick 'just stress testing'. For the test you can pick any one of the three option defaults (I usually go with the third 'blended' test) and just start the test. Don't worry about the mersenne prime info it's giving - you don't need to know that. It starts a worker thread for every core you have so you'll see it open several windows within the one Prime95 window - that's normal.
You are only running it to put the CPU through a marathon to check temps and throttling.
When you are done you can just select file - stop (or exit), or something like that.
If your system is locking up while running then you are hitting a thermal threshold or your CPU is possibly failing. At that point check your voltages, and maybe reapply your...
it happens like 9 out of 10 times while im gaming i was measuring temp with open hardware monitor it goes up to 83-84 celsius i downloaded msi afterburner put fans at 100 percent still crashed when it was in 62-63 celsius as fot event viewer i checked but idk about that things and im pretty sure event viewer doesnt show freeze/crash ? maybe im wrong

The FX-8320 will start throttling at around 61C. I bet that's what's happening. You need to lower your temps.
You can verify this by running prime95 and using open hardware monitor to actively see your CPU downclocking for a few seconds. When in gets about 61C. Your games are unable to cope with the downclock and are locking up.

(Note that different MBs read temps differently so it may start when your MB gets to 59C or when it gets to 65C)

Maybe it is but im playing dota rn and temps are these http://prntscr.com/m8jmmv but earlier today when i was playing Ashen all highest details 1080p +100fps then temps went up fast.. but still dota is all highest details also 70-80fps 1080p...
il trype prime95 today in evening or tommorow
