Question pc freeze on youtube but i can watch live stream on twitch and play games

hello all! now my problem is this: i get slowly freezing my pc when i watch a youtube video and i have to hard reset, ctrl alt canc doesn t work,mouse work for a couple of second then freeze, sound work for almost a minute then freeze but i can do all the task like watch a stream on twitch,play a game etc. what this can be?
pc spec:
CPU amd ryzen 3 3200
GPU nvidia gtx 760
ram crucial ballistix 16gb
mobo msi b 450

Have this happens more than once ?

What web browser was used? Have you tried other?

It happens all the time I use YouTube and I use Google Chrome. No I didn't tried to use another browser, I will give a try to mozilla
