PC freeze out of nowere

so i was using chrome, and suddenly my pc freezes, no sound, no ctrl+alt+delete, thought it was due to my overclock, but i've been like a week on the same voltages without problems, this is the first time it happens, any ideas on what could be causing this?

If it happens again try backing down or removing the OC, it may nto be 100% stable.

Run a stress tester on it and see if you can crash it again. Prime95, Memtest x86, Unigene are all good utilities for that.

Crashes(BSOD, random reboots) tend to be power related while freezes tend to be memory related. As was said before, remove any overclocks and run Memtest86 to stress your Ram.

Chrome is a notorious memory hog. How many tabs did you have open when you got the freeze?

just 3 tabs notting heavy i have 16gb ram, i did not mention this but 2 days ago i was testing 5ghz with 1.478V(on my FX 6300) and happened the same while i was playing dark souls 3, thought it was due to unstable OC restarted loaded 4.6(1.392V) profile and everything was good, til today morning that it freezed
