While gaming, my pc will be freeze with a noisy sound and i have to restart it. below are the snapshot on cpuid/msi afterburner/speccy before i play game and during the freeze.

Before playing game:
https://ibb.co/gxPfs8 (speccy)
https://ibb.co/iA7deo (CPUID_HWMonitor)
https://ibb.co/h1RFQT (MSI afterburner)

when the screen froze:
https://ibb.co/dgijKo (speccy)
https://ibb.co/kd925T (CPUID_HWMonitor)
https://ibb.co/dZxBzo (MSI afterburner)

im not sure whether temperature may cause it but if it does the main source, which hardware is causing it ?

currently, as a temporary fixed, i had to open side cover of the pc case, and use table fan towards the internal component, this will not cause the pc to freeze even i gaming for many hours

my case is Coolermaster Q300P. my fan configuration. 2 front panel radiator for CPU ( the fan blow outward). Top 2 fan blowing into the casing and 1 back fan blowing outward.

it seems temperature is the issue, but im not sure which part. my main suspect is the motherboard as i just replaced new GPU and new AIO liquid cooler for CPU.

Corsair CM750 PSU.

it happend long time already even when i used gtx780. but i used old pc case, that time i use table fan as a temporary fix but when i bought new pc case, i thought the issue will be gone, but it still same thing, only thing that can help me is by opening side cover and using table fan to blow inside the case
