Question Pc freeze while gaming

So I've been gettin crashes for 1 year almost due to my low gpu usage but high cpu usage and I don't know what causes it, tried almost everything: checked if there was power management issues but no. Checked if there was a driver issue but no. ı can play games only on low settings sometimes medium. gpu usage around 50-60 but cpu always 80-100
