Question PC freeze while playing GTA online and other games

My pc is freezing while playing GTA online and other games. It lasts from a few seconds to about 15 seconds. Pressing esc wouldn´t help and I have checked my gpu usage and cpu usage and they both go down to 0 shortly before the game freezes.

PC specs: motherboard Msi b450 tomahawk, Cpu amd R2600, Gpu xfx 580 8gb.

Taking out the motherboard battery for 30 seconds and replacing it again did not solve the problem.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

ram spec? make and model of the psu?
got a ssd?
