Question Pc freeze

so for somereason when I exit or go full screen on my second monitor my pc completely freezes the only thing I can do is force shutdown it and restart I don't know why this is happening it works for a while the I go or exit fullscreen and full pc freeze

What hardware, what software and so on ....... Please provide these infos detailled.
