PC freezes a few seconds after waking from sleep

Hey folks. Like the title says, my PC freezes most of the time when waking up form sleep. I hit the restart button but nothing happens, so I have to hold down the power button and do a hard shutdown. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like the power supply is unable to bring the system out of sleep. (too weak)
