PC freezes after switching to a 4k monitor

So i recently bought the 28" UH750 QLED UHD Monitor and when i'm playing games the PC randomly freezes for no reason and i have to restart the pc,i use my old 1080p (ASUS VX238H) monitor as well as a secondary screen
PC specs:
CPU:Core i7-7700K
GPU:MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X (this gpu is conected to the 4k monitor via Display Port)
MSI GTX 1050Ti 4G OC(this gpu is conected to the secondary monitor via HDMI)
RAM:16GB DDR4 FuryX
PSU:Corsair CX750M
Motherboard:MSI Z270 A-Pro
PS:i know a similar question have been asked but the solution that is proposed doesn't work for me.

Sounds like bad drivers. But just incase:
Press Windows Key + X
Go to event viewer
click on windows logs
then in the drop down menu pull up system and send a screenshot
