pc freezes after touch ram

today when i play bf4 i was touch the ram and the pc freezes and press the restart button and it has the sound bip bip bip what happen to my pc

It's possible you killed the RAM. Why would you touch the RAM? There's a reason PC cases don't have easy access holes. Don't touch components when the PC is on.

i take the ram out and plug it in another slot it work after i put it back to them old slot and it work

that's because motherboards have certain slots where the RAM should go in. EG. My motherboard has 4 RAM slots and I have 2 sticks. I plug them into slot 1 and 3.
