[SOLVED] PC freezes and black screen when gaming or benchmarking ?

Hi, I really need some help with my pc, my rx 480 G1 used to sometimes give a black screen, so i searched it up and what I found was it was the temperature. So i changed the thermal pad but i made sure to get 2.0mm thick thermal pads to put on, but as soon as i launch a gpu intensive thing like a benchmark or a game, the pc either freezes or screen goes black.

a320m motherboard
rx 480 g1
120gb ssd and 1tb hhd
A BRAND NEW PSU 500W 80+
